Our History

It’s Back! The new (much taller) Lighthouse is constructed and ready to guide visitors back to the Lighthouse Lodge!

Hurricane Katrina destroyed the original structure, but now it’s back, better than ever, with 62 beautiful rooms. We also have 8 spacious fully furnished Villa units available for reservation.

Watch for the rotating beacon at night!

Look for the Lighthouse on the right hand side of Highway 23 as you get close to Venice. Better yet, call or stop by, the staff is always friendly.
